in front of us film series joins Marfa Live Arts to celebrate legendary actress Bette Davis with a screening of A Stolen Life, the only film she produced. A Stolen Life, made in 1946, is a dramatic film in which Davis stars with Glen Ford and which is directed by Curtis Bernhardt. A few days later, on Saturday October 27th, Marfa Live Arts is presenting the one woman play All About Bette: An Interlude with Bette Davis by Camilla Carr, starring Morgana Shaw as Bette Davis. Both the film and the play will take place at the Crowley Theater each beginning at 7:00 P.M. and both are free to the public. Reservations for the play are recommended at marfalivearts.org
